USA Freedom Corps is a government organization that seeks to promote community service, volunteer activities, and responsible citizenship in the United States. Its programs address concerns relating to education, the environment, poverty, safety, and homeland security. USA Freedom Corps acts in cooperation with businesses, religious organizations, schools, and other groups to increase community participation and awareness. President George W. Bush established the organization in 2002. USA Freedom Corps is part of the White House Office. Its headquarters are at the White House in Washington, D.C.
