Shula, Don (1930-...), won more games than any other head coach in the history of the National Football League (NFL). Shula was a head coach in the NFL for 33 seasons, from 1963 to 1969 with the Baltimore Colts and from 1970 to 1995 with the Miami Dolphins. He won a record 328 regular-season games and 19 more in post-season competition. He coached his teams to six Super Bowls, winning the NFL championship in 1973 and 1974.
