Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in Cleveland is the only museum that celebrates the living legacy of rock and roll. It is the first museum dedicated to the history and impact of rock music worldwide. Several performers and contributors to rock and roll are inducted into the Hall of Fame each year. The museum is housed in a striking modern building designed by I. M. Pei, a noted Chinese-born American architect. The building sits on the shore of Lake Erie.
