Pitt, Brad (1963-...), is an American motion-picture actor whose good looks and seductive manner have made him one of the most popular leading men of his day. In addition to his romantic roles, Pitt has also gained success as more offbeat characters. He received an Academy Award nomination as best supporting actor in the science-fiction film 12 Monkeys (1995).
