National Farmers Union is a national federation of State Farmers Union organizations. It is dedicated to preserving and improving the family farm system of agriculture. The union represents more than 250,000 farm families. It promotes legislation and education that benefits farmers. The union also develops cooperative buying and selling methods and businesses.
