National Aeronautic Association, also called NAA, promotes the advancement of aviation and space flight in the United States. It is the U.S. representative to the Federation Aeronautique Internationale (FAI). As such, the NAA is the only U.S. organization that can approve and certify flight records by U.S. civilian and military aircraft. The NAA also sponsors U.S. teams in sport aviation championships.
