Hull, Bobby (1939-...), was one of the greatest scorers in the history of professional hockey. He led the National Hockey League (NHL) in goals seven times and scored 50 or more goals five times. Hull scored 610 goals during 16 NHL seasons. He also led the NHL in points scored (goals plus assists) in the 1959-1960, 1961-1962, and 1965-1966 seasons. Hull, a left wing, was nicknamed the "Golden Jet" because of his blond hair, skating speed, and powerful shots that sometimes traveled as fast as 110 miles (175 kilometers) per hour.
