Green Mountain Boys were soldiers from Vermont who fought for the American Colonies in the Revolutionary War (1775-1783). Led by Ethan Allen, the soldiers captured Crown Point, and helped take Fort Ticonderoga. Later, under the leadership of Colonel Seth Warner, the Green Mountain Boys helped win the Battle of Bennington.
