European Investment Bank (EIB) is an international financial institution. It funds a variety of projects that advance the policies and goals of the European Union. The EIB seeks to promote economic growth and advance the economic interests of European countries. It provides assistance to poorer European regions and lends money for projects in all sectors of the economy.
