Dillon, George (1906-1968), an American poet and editor, won the 1932 Pulitzer Prize for poetry. Dillon won the award for his collection The Flowering Stone (1931). His other major volume of poetry was Boy in the Wind (1927), published the same year he graduated from the University of Chicago.
