Baker-Finch, Ian (1960-...), an Australian golfer, won the British Open Championship in 1991. He completed the course at Royal Birkdale, near Southport, Merseyside, northern England, with a total score of 272, becoming the first Australian player to win the British Open since 1965. In 1992, Baker-Finch won the Vines Classic, and in 1993, he won the Australian Professional Golfers' Association (PGA) Championship. In 1994, he was one of the top 10 finishers in the U.S. Masters Tournament.
